    爬山

    上周六爬山，一连走了两座，差点没上到顶，话说没想到从怀柔爬山，然后换目标到水长城，居然有30公里远。。。
    虽然体力现在明显不行，但是这也确实太累了点
    周日休息了一天，今天早上起来还是觉得大腿很酸。。。为什么游泳游个1000m下来没有这么累呢，那山也就几百米高。。。
